And more tweaks

I updated the rules for calculating adjusters for a player's turn a bit -- this is now based first on whether the group can guess correctly whether this is an existing term, or a new term, and then if it's a real term, whether the group can provide the correct definition (roughly).  I think this will offer up more incentives for people to peruse the UTTERLY UNHINGED glossary and pull out incredibly obscure words during their games.
